By accessing the Published Information or participating in any Token Purchase, you represent and warrant to BreederDAO that:

All the above representations and warranties made by you shall be true, complete, accurate and non-misleading on and from the date of your last access to the Published Information and the date(s) of your participate in any Token Purchase.
